At Restora™, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original condition and include all original components and packaging.

Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos. Once verified, Restora™ will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfilment, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the approved item and place a new order for the preferred product or colour.
