At Restora™, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To begin, email support@restoraalign.com with your order number.

Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions and the approved return address.

Change-of-Mind Returns

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The item should be returned in suitable condition and, where reasonably possible, with its original packaging.
  • We recommend using a tracked return service.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos. After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once an approved return is received and reviewed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Important

Returns may be declined if they are requested outside the 30-day window or sent without prior authorization. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
