What is the Restora™ OrthoAlign Pillow?
The Restora™ OrthoAlign Pillow is a contoured support pillow designed for side sleepers. It is intended to sit between the legs to support a more comfortable sleeping position and reduce direct knee-to-knee contact.
How do I use it?
Place the pillow between your thighs or knees while lying on your side. Adjust the position until it feels comfortable and secure for your sleeping posture.
Is the cover removable and washable?
Please follow the care instructions included with your product. If you are unsure about washing your specific cover, contact us before washing and we will confirm the recommended care method.

Where do you offer free shipping?
We offer free tracked shipping to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. No minimum order is required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia typically takes 7–14 business days after processing.
Can delivery take longer?
Yes. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, or unusually high demand can occasionally extend delivery times. Tracking updates are the best source for the latest shipment status.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a short period for the carrier to begin displaying movement.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Restora will cover the appropriate resolution, including replacement or return costs where applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Email support@restoraalign.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
