Shipping Policy

We aim to make delivery clear and easy to follow. All eligible orders include tracking once the shipment has been dispatched.

Free Tracked Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. No minimum order is required.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, delivery to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia typically takes 7–14 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, and high-volume periods may occasionally extend the timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can sometimes take a short period to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

Delayed or Stalled Tracking

If tracking has not updated for several days or your package is significantly beyond the estimated timeframe, email support@restoraalign.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and help investigate the delay.
